below are some questions that i often get from babes like yourself, if for some reason you cant find your answer please email or send us a direct message.

How do i measure my size?

We have size charts both on our website and Instagram platforms, the measurements are from the widest and tallest point of the item. They are in cm's.

How many letters can my personalised text have?

You can add up to 10 characters to your order, symbols count as characters.

for example: S.A is 3 characters. Samantha.R is 10 Characters.

How long will my order take?

We try our best to make your orders within 10 business days, some orders sooner, however some sizes and colors may get out of stock that is when it may take a little longer.

Can i change my mind?

This is really tricky as some orders get prepped straight away, we prefer no changes made to the order, however, when placing your order, if you are unsure please add in comments your concern... Like can i have a heart symbol next to the initials. I/ll try my best to cater.

Can i have a refund?

Now, just like any other personalised item, reselling what you no longer want is not an option. If however your item is faulty we are happy to replace it.
